I'm back with a 15-minute dinner idea that may save you some time and stress.

When I'm super busy and don't have time for weekly meal planning, I have a few go-to quick recipes that keep us going. 

I'm sharing one of them in the 2-min video below. Here's the recipe for the featured soup-base in the video.

Once you've made it, you can keep it in the fridge and use it as needed. Add water plus your leftovers, and dinner is served!
