“Motherhood changes everything”
SHMOMS provides supportive space to navigate the beautiful whirlwind of a life changing transition.

You just gave birth and you’re feeling like now what? You’ve heard of these New Mom’s Groups that some of your friends suggested you join, but maybe you’re a little hesitant because you think you can do anything, and you certainly don’t need to be in a room of strangers feeling vulnerable.
You’ve searched for a group in your neighborhood, and you can’t find one, or it’s full. Maybe you’ve already attended a New Mom’s Group, but everyone kept playing the baby milestone game — that game where everyone talks about what their baby can do, and it makes you feel a little anxious, or sad, that your baby can’t do calculus yet.
Perhaps none of these things have happened to you, and you’re just looking for a group of other moms with similarly-aged babies with whom to connect.
SHMOMS is here to support.

“I would honestly recommend [this group] to anybody. I think anyone really could benefit, or any new parent could benefit from being in the community with other new parents.”
Thank you so much for everything!! This group has been such an important and helpful part of my transition into parenthood : )
